Dave is worth every penny and then some. This process was so intimidating to us because, as parents of little kids, we had so many scenarios to consider in order to position our kids to thrive in the event they lose us today or in 1-, 5-, 10-years. I asked no less than 100 questions throughout the process and he provided concise, clear answers for everything. Even when everything was signed, I called Dave several times for clarification on wording for adding our trust as the beneficiary of assets, and he answered the phone on the first try every time. I’m very grateful I stumbled on Dave.

David provided top-notch service from the time of our initial phone introduction to the finalization of my Living Trust. He was thorough: David's attention to detail as he properly structured my Trust assured me I had made the right decision. Dave did a great job setting up a beneficiary deed for me. I live out of state and wasn’t sure how to ensure that I was included in my parents estate, so I did a google search for estate lawyers in St. Louis and found Dave, who worked with me over the phone to get everything set up that I needed. All my mom had to do was go down to his office and sign something, and it was done! She even raved to me about how great he was when she went down there, and she took his card to tell her friends who need some similar estate work done. Highly recommend Dave!
