David was so knowledgeable and such a thoughtful, patient communicator. He had everything in hand our first meeting and kept the process rolling after that. The experience of creating a trust was absolutely pain free! Dave and his staff were cordial, considerate, competent (and beyond), and professional. If you need an attorney, call Dave. I’ve worked with many attorneys in the past, and he’s the best by far.

David was referred to my husband and I by a mutual friend. Upon arriving at his office, David greeted us in a prompt and friendly manner. We now understand why Dave had so many positive reviews.
We needed help with updating our trust that was written 35 years ago, when our children were young.
Dave was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide insight into issues we needed to deal with pertaining to the trust. Dave rewrote the Trust , updated the POA's and the living Wills. He was extremely professional AND efficient. We felt the price was very fair.

Just bought a house and needed legal documentation to make sure my adult children would get my house upon my death without a bunch of probate or tax penalties. David was not only a pleasure to work with, but he was professional and always pleasant. Even when I got lost on my way to his office, he stayed with me on the phone and made sure I could find my way. He was very patient with my many questions no matter how many times I asked. We hired David to do estate planning for our family after having kids. We had no experience doing this, and David was very patient and very easy to work with. We found him to be professional and responsive. After doing a lot of price comparing, we found him to be competitively priced, enough so that we chose him over some other options we had looked at.
