Would definitely recommend. Dave made the process as simple as possible.

I found Dave by reading reviews online, and that worked well for me. I was helping my father amend his trust, which was originally written in another state. Dave assured me that he could revise the trust and after exchanging several emails, he clarified exactly what Dad's objective was. He emailed a draft of the amendment within a few days, and when I did not understand one paragraph, he promptly explained the importance of the paragraph in non-legal language and why it was important to include. Dad and I then met with Dave to sign necessary documents, and the entire transaction took less than 2 weeks. My dad is very pleased with the result and the ease with which everything was accomplished. I would certainly recommend Dave, and I will seek him out again, if and when I need to amend my own trust.

David was very attentive to my needs and explained everything clearly, very pleased with the outcome from his services.

David made something complicated to understand very simple. He explained everything to us. We discussed what our wishes were and he made it happen in our documents. Great communicating between us. We are very happy knowing that we have documents completed in place to handle our demise.

Huge shout out to Andy Morris. The odds were stacked against me and he really came through for me. There were some ups and downs and hiccups along the way but I implore you to be patient. He is a family guy and works his butt off to help others as well. I'm able to be in my kids live's more thanks to him. If you are in a sticky situation Andy is definitely the guy to ask for.
