I’ve never needed a lawyer before, but I suddenly found myself needing one in a hurry to help manage my dad’s estate. Luckily I found David. He was quick and professional, as well as extremely personable and easy to deal with. He was a huge help in clarifying things in an often complicated situation, explaining the process and saving me huge amounts of stress. It was great knowing I had him in my corner when I needed a question answered while dealing with my affairs and he always responded quickly. The final documents he provided were top notch and have been serving me well and without issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an estate planning lawyer. Plus, he’s just an all around solid dude.

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. Karl did the estate planning for my parents. My mother died in 2006 and dad in 2010. 12 years later and the estate is still open! County says HE MUST CLOSE IT AS ATTY OF RECORD. I have called, emailed numerous times. I have had to go by his office to surprise him. I'm so upset I don't want to see him. We have unclaimed money in the thousands that we can't claim due to his incompetence. The county charges us an annual fee every year the estate remains open. County said he can do it online. I am hurt and so angry that I am in this position. He promised to call me over a week ago and still nothing. This is the worst service I've ever received on anything.

Dave was very easy to talk with-listened to what we wanted & suggested what we needed. Very responsive, personable & thorough. Flat fee stated up front. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Mr. Schleiffarth prepared estate planning documents in a timely manner, to meet my particular need for having such documents in place as soon as possible. The advice provided was straightforward and responsive, catered directly to my particular situation. There was no sense of "upselling" or other such practices, which put me at ease that the service I received was suited to the estate planning needs of this stage of my life.
