Great law firm Excellent lawyers Professional and friendly!

So very professional and polite! The way this man and his wonderful secretary treated my parents was beyond anything I could ask. I definitely trust them looking over my parents now.

Not responsive, Don't recommend. In court you want attorney who is willing to fight for your rights, someone who wants to hear your side, someone who puts his clients first, and someone who gets back to you when you have concerns. I had dealt with Nicholas for almost two years regrettably. Spend your hard earned money on someone who is willing to earn it.

Left a voice mail, no response

Hired Nick Owens for representation on my behalf on a DUI charge I picked up in 2018 in Billings. I am from North Dakota. I signed a waver of appearance and never had to go to court even once in Billings. Nick did amazing work on my case and I ended up with just fines and some short classes I had to complete. This was my second DUI within 10 years so the plea agreement was great. Communication was always good and it was worth every penny! I would recommend Trailhead Law and Nick Owens to anyone who wants great results!

I contacted Mr. Nick Owens for a simple small claims case in which he agreed to take on. I paid him the normal fees. I called him 3 weeks later to find out if he had filed the case. I didn't reach him and I had to leave a message on his voicemail. I tried several more times of trying to reach him over the the next two weeks. He never returned my phone calls. I eventually showed up at his office in person to see if he was still in business. He told me he hadn't done any work on my case in 6 weeks. I asked him for my files back and my money back which he did. If you want an attorney who will return your calls and do his job in a timely manner don't hire this guy!!!!!
