Does fight hard enough and hates when clients question his lack of effort! He also compromised both my wife and mine banking records as well as other clients' records. He doesn't even deserve a one-star.

Good place good people

Her and her assistant are extremely rude. Moira forgot to show up to court one time and came up with the excuse she was sick when my boyfriend called to see where she was. She did not do anything to help his case, we had provided stacks of evidence and not once did she use any of it. I wish I did not have to give her any stars.

Attorney Schofield was personable, professional and thorough in explaining the process of my case. He led me through to the end flawlessly.

Dane was amazing throughout the process. He made it simple and easy to go thru. He examined everything in easy terms to understand. I would recommend him to anyone who is going thru this.

This law office is ran buy con artists. they say they will help you and then turn around and advise you to do everything that is convenient for them and the court even if it isn't in your best interest. I lost my children because of her need to get things done as easy as possible instead of what is right and just. They even had the audacity of trying to charge me more money after ruining my life. they are always to busy to talk and only respond through email. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME.

I wouldnt even give her a 1 star! I had no choice in order to leave a review! This fake excuse of an attorney represented herself to myself and my son as knowing what she was doing even assured us that the previous proceedings were done incorrectly against the systems normal steps in the custodial matter. She came off as strong and as someone who would fight hard and by the book for these proceedings. She charged my son half retainer to even see his case and the other half was in payment which was another 2 grand and it was paid within 2-3 weeks time in full. During that time trying to get some sort of communication or further appointments with her was next to impossible her secretary/paralegal is extremely rude and just comes off as “ we are bothering her”. Never did get any calls about needing the evidence we told her we already had . I went out of my way to collect every piece of solid evidences phone numbers to follow up as far as landlords babysitters and witnesses to any of the issues happening during my grandsons beginning years ect. As any custodial case 3 copies to every evidence in submission needs to be in order to satisfy the court rules providing copies for other party and copy for the judges and self, a cost to us at 280 to adhere to those rules thats HOW MUCH FACTUAL BONIIFIED AIR TIGHT CONCRETE EVIDENCES THERE WAS ON HIS SIDE- out of our own pocket! That evidence pile was its own case itself and my son took it to them because it was very relavent to the circumstances. So we basically did the paralegals job for her. Tell me why he was charged for that time to drop this off and have a conversation with the paralegal about what was in that file? Every communication after was emailed and as understood charged for each email prior to the first hearing at which point she never even SHOWED UP FOR THAT COURT HEARING IT WAS CONTINUED BECAUSE SHE WASNT PRESENT SHE “FORGOT ABOUT IT” was her excuse and had the AUDACITY TO CHARGE HIM STILL FOR THE PAPERS SHE HAD TO FILE ASKING FOR A CONTINUATION FOR THE HEARING SHE FORGOT ABOUT AND THE EMAILS REGARDING HER IRRESPONSIBILITY TO THE NO SHOW. Every court hearing after she never defended him she more or less was acting as a middle man to get my son to agree to the mothers demands to settle it. When my son finally got a meeting i went and i wanted to know why she wasnt filing things she stated she would prior to being hired and why she wasnt defending him at all! Why wasnt she investigating the entire situation or producing the evidence to the court in response to the other parents vocalized allegations? Towards the end she had already decided he was gonna lose the case vocalized it and when he asked if he could get an appeal started her response was “ i dont do appeals” and the next and last hearing to the ordeal was the final decision . Shortly after and just before the final court hearing she made her first call to him to tell him his money he paid was already used up and he would have to pay another 4500 dollars to get further representation. How do u spend 4500 dollars on emails 1 appointment in which she threw me out for speaking up about her poor or lack of proper representation a missed court hearing and 2 hour long court hearings IN WHICH CASE NEVER ACTUALLY FILED TO HAVE A PROPER CUSTODIAL PROCEEDING AS TOLD WAS HER FIRST STEP IN ORDER TO FINALLY HAVE HIS EVIDENCES SUBMITTED TO DEFEND HIMSELF and get the adoption to step parent case dismissed ! SHE NEEDS TO BE BANNED FROM HER PRACTICE ! The final judgment went to the childs mother who doesnt possess one maternal instinct in her body and the step father who is an addict and has been in legal trouble and institutionalized since he hit puberty for mental illnesses! Thats who the judge ripped my sons rights away for no back ground check no nada while my son has no record in existence to that and had been his sons primary parent from birth!! Shes not above anything as she may think so! Stay far away from this grimy money hungry lazy attorney shes a scam!

Dane Schofield was easy to work with and knowledgeable. He made the bankruptcy process relatively easy and I would recommend him.
