I would highly recommend Western Justice. Everyone there was very understanding, friendly, helpful and professional. Jory was great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable.

Jory and Western Law are in a class by themselves. They have a skill that seems to be lost in their field or any field--they can think and and adjust to changing situations. I did not have to concern myself with the progress of my case. They were working diligently and had my back. You can relax if they are on your side. Six stars!

I was involved in an automobile/bike accident in Bozeman and a friend referred me to Western Justice. Jory, Domenic, Max, Marty and the crew made the process easy and comfortable. Domenic managed my case and was incredibly patient, responsive, and professional. I feel very fortunate to have found them; they helped become whole again after a bad accident. If you need legal help, I couldn't recommend WJA highly enough!

Western Justice Associates are the best legal team you could ask for! I suffered a brain injury in a car accident (TBI), and was having difficulty receiving compensation from the insurance company of the person at fault, I felt like I was being ignored and bullied. I had a long, complimentary consultation with WJA after trying for a couple months on my own. WJA spent time answering my numerous questions, offered suggestions, and helped me understand my rights. I received an in depth explanation of my options and felt no pressure to hire them from that meeting, they were incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation. I couldn't believe how MUCH I didn't know about accidents and insurance, also how much I deserved that I wasn't getting on my own! I hired Jory Ruggiero and team and they immediately went to work on my behalf, making sure my medical bills were covered by the insurance company, fighting for my lost wages, loss of use on the vehicle etc. Throughout the process I have been so impressed with their knowledge, their speed of getting proper compensation checks to me, plus someone was always available by phone or email within a day (very often within an hour), to answer my questions and address my concerns. Their dedication to my case allowed me to focus on my therapies, healing, and caring for my children. Everyone at WJA took time to care about my personal situation, they all went above and beyond what is expected of a legal team. For several months I struggled daily with my brain injury, my extreme pain and migraines, my slow healing, and was caring for my daughter full time who has a debilitating life long illness. Back in October of 2019 my youngest daughter were rear-ended. After fighting with the insurance company and getting nowhere, I was referred to Western Justice. I was able to talk with them tell the what was going on at that time, Maxwell Kirchhoff took my daughter and I on as clients. Maxwell and his staff work on you cases they took care of all your medical bill from the injuries we had and the got use the money from the car that had been wrecked. When Maxwell and his staff got my daughter her settlement he waived the attorneys fees, she she was able to keep her entire settlement!! Western Justice was a the best choice for my family! I would highly recommend then, They are great people to work with!!
