Chuck and Lucas are the best! And their staff is really helpful.

From the start, they were quick to respond, descriptive of the process, and very professional. I was hesitant to seek legal aid, but they provided a lot of clarity and reassurance before the process began and I had no doubts I was making the correct decision when it came time to start the process officially. Highly recommend.

Look no further. I found Herman on a google search and browsed their website. After reading over the list of cases with charges and verdicts I was really impressed but thought I wouldn't be that lucky. Before speaking with Herman I spoke with another prominent attorney in town and She was belittled me before telling me that there was no way I was not going to serve at least a year in prison. I don't have a doing time personality so I called Herman. My first impression of him was compassionate and down to earth. He took the time to listen to me and empathized with my situation. He got me an outstanding plea deal with no jail time and was always available when issues arose during pretrial and probation. I could go on and on with many great examples and praises for Herman but this is a google review so it can't be a novel. Bottom line if Chuck Norris was an Attorney he would be Herman. Thanks Herman

Unexplained abandoned client after giving hope and reassurance of case.

I attended Herman's Know Your Rights workshop at Bhakti Fest in 2015. Just recently I was on a road trip and got stopped by a Texas cop for doing 79 in a 75. I live in Colorado and have Colorado plates. This guy made a concerted effort to get me to provide him with a reason to search my car for drugs. He basically accused me of trafficking. Luckily I was armed with the knowledge I gained in Herman's workshop. I declined to agree to let him search my car. And I didn't give him a reason to suspect me. In fact I was traveling to visit my grandson. Glad I knew how to respond to an overzealous cop.

I can't recommend Herman enough. He is an overall outstanding defense attorney who truly listens to his clients and works tirelessly to get them the best deal he can. Brilliant and compassionate with an eye for detail, Herman is the only lawyer you should consider in MT for your criminal defense needs. My case was highly time sensitive, and Herman helped me wrap everything up in about 3 months - he made a miracle happen in the U.S. criminal justice system. What's more, he treated me like a human being rather than a perpetrator or a walking dollar sign. When Herman says he will make something happen, there's no doubt he is going to follow through. Again, and very emphatically, Herman is the attorney you want by your side on your day in court.

Would Highly recommend! She helped me through my case that had its fair share of complications, and was always there to answer any questions.
