I am exceptionally grateful for the professionalism and integrity with which Nathan Hulling and his support staff handled the legal matters surrounding a challenging Dissolution of Marriage. Their attention to detail in all matters and compassionate understanding of the toll this takes on one's life were instrumental in providing me with the best possible outcome with as little distress as possible. I count myself very fortunate to have had them at my side during such a life altering process.

We worked directly with Kelley on a buy/sell agreement and warranty deed to buy a condo from a seller without a realtor. Kelley was wonderful, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered very clearly and in our best interests and with very quick responses. Being from across the country, we were not familiar with Montana real estate and we dealt with Kelley from home. We may have as well have have been here in MT with Kelley’s responses. We really enjoyed working with Kelley and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an attorney with land and real estate experience.

What a joy it was to work with Kristin and the team at Bailey Law Group in setting up two living trusts for my spouse and I.
