Hello, my name is Orien. Last March, my significant other took our child without my knolage in intent to not return. I had just got off work late at night and came home to an empty house. My daughter was just a little over a year old, born in Montana. I had an idea where the mother had taken her, but if I were to go and try and get my daughter I would have ended up with truspasing problems. With no where to go I contacted James F. Gardner and told him my porogitive. I am not perfect not am I a bad guy. Just a dad tying to raise his daughter. I have never threatened my significant other not harmed her in any way. Just a few arguments that's all. No reason for her to take my daughter let alone across state lines. James emediatly took my case. Within three days we had a district court order giving me full custody pending a hearing in May. I was more than happy. My daughter is my life. Her gone was the most crushing experience. I served the court order. James got everything taken care of asap. All the way down to the parenting plan. He has given me courage when no one else could. Mr. Gardner is very well seasoned in his practice, with clients, and in the court room as a trial attorney. Child custody isn't something that most of us can fathom to navigate on our own - consult an expert. I know that I'll spend the next 18 years with my kids very thankful for him helping me get a fantastic plan!

James was the best choice for a lawyer i could make. He took my case on after business hours in an emergency situation, and got me immediate results to protect my son. Mr. Gardner was very informative and kept us up do date on what was going on and how everything was going to play out so we knew exactly what was going to happen.
