Absolutely a waist of time. Do not bother with a civil rights complaint. They do nothing for your civil rights. Had a simple case with a civil rights violation, won't even give you a second thought.

I initially phoned November 2021 and presented my case to the receptionist and requested a call back once an attorney had a chance to look at my inquiry. No one returned my call so I called again in December 2021. The receptionist told me she had forwarded my message and suggested I leave Mr hartelius a voicemail as well. And I still have not received a call back. Poor customer service to say the least and I will be reaching out to someone who actually has a desire to assist people in need.
