If I could rate Tommy higher than a 5-star review I would. He was extremely supportive throughout my entire process with him; very prompt in responding to any and all questions I had; provided excellent guidance and explanations in breaking things down for me to understand thoroughly. Would recommend his services to all my friends and family and will absolutely go to him again myself if needed in the future.

Tommy is very knowledgable, after I initially filed my work comp claim , the work comp insurance company & my former employer were trying everything they could to deny the benifits I rightfully deserved and I knew it was time to hire a attorney . I have heard horror stories about workmans Comp claims and obtaining a lawyer. One story in particular was a friend that hired a lawyer that was, what I consider, incompetent. It took almost 2 years to settle the case and he ended up getting no more than if he had settled it himself, but the lawyer took his fees from it. My friend is now broke and is having trouble finding work because he cannot do what he was able to do before. I was kinda reluctant to look for al lawyer and to try to settle it myself but that did not work.
