My experience with Shahid was excellent. After a very bad experience waiting for another immigration attorney in Montana for over a year to advise me in the legal process to get my green card, that he defined as very complicated, I discovered that this attorney did almost nothing to help my case. It was almost impossible to get a hold of my former attorney, and we were getting very frustrated, so my boss, who was sponsoring my work visa, decided to hire Shahid, even after losing $2k with our deposit for the former attorney. Shahid took my case, and in our first meeting, he had a solid plan on how to approach my case, which turned out to be very successful. With his help, I was able to achieve my goal of getting my permanent residency. Shahid was very patient and answered all our questions in detail, and his response time was always very efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal advice for their immigration and residency status. He is excellent!

Before I met my wife, her brother had applied for a green card on her behalf while working with a previous lawyer. While the other lawyer was nice, he was inexperienced with immigration law, and the net result was that her application was filed incorrectly and ultimately abandoned because of the inexperience of the lawyer. This set her immigration status back 3-4 years. Shahid is not in it to win it; he's in it for the dough and that's about it. If you ask him a question 90% of the time he doesn't know the answer or flat out ignores you; and the 10% he does know costs $300 an email. After 20k and 3 years the green card finally came through. It turns out that it should-o, would-o, could-o taken, 1/3 the time & 1/3 the money if we had chosen a more ethical and purposeful lawyer.
