I hired him to help defend me when the State of Montana department of revenue did an audit and claimed that I could not claim educational expenses related to improvement of my skills as a physician. This was an extremely stressful, nearly two year ordeal, during which I became discouraged and distrustful. During this process, at multiple times, Tom Morrison would take time to explain his mindset and encourage me to continue, each time giving me the option of stopping the process.
