I'll start with the worst. She let an unanswered temporary parenting plan sit at the court house, unsigned, for months. I had told her I wanted to agree to the plan and she neglected to submit my answer. She said something about it being bad strategy to agree to another attorney's agreement and that she would make some changes and answer, but she never did. When my ex did take off with our infant son to another state, refusing to say where they were or when they would be back, there was nothing I could do about it. Her insane disorganization has real, detrimental consequences. Unethical Billing If you like being blatantly ignored for months on end and then paying $75 for a one sentence email that says "Thanks see you at mediation" Webber is the law office for you. My $3,500 retainer was promptly eaten by nonsense "email review" which is invoice code for: opened emails but never read them and didn't respond. At all. Not one of my calls was answered or returned after I handed over the retainer. On the occasions I asked for a current accounting of my retainer, I was refused one and treated like the question was ridiculous. An additional $1,600 was added on top of my retainer before i ever got the accounting I asked for. Oh, and another attorney was able to start from scratch and handle the entire case for a grand total of $600. I watched her write one legitimate agreement while in her office and based on the speed of that work, I have to say, I don't think it took her the hours she billed me for to do her supposed work on documents that she never made available to me, (dispite charging me for them.) When I attempted to collect the many files I left in her care, she was not available by phone or email and her door was locked during her business hours. My entire experience with her was not just disappointing and frustrating but it made a difficult road significantly harder.

Robyn is quick on her feet and quick tongued. You'll want her by your side in the courtroom. She truly cares about her clients and their cases, especially when it comes to protecting their children. I'm eternally grateful for hiring Robyn to represent me.

Robyn has been aiding my abusive ex. The one who, left a outstanding review of her after "almost losing his kids" She has no integrity. Will use anything I have said to twist the narrative. She is a bully. I don't have an order from the judge, so can't comment on how effective her bullying is. But at least this time I didn't let her run over me again. She doesn't respond to emails, I was representing pro se, and then uses that as her leverage. Her legal writing and accusations are frivolous opinions that she used to get the judge to sign an emergency order for the parenting plan. Her reputation rings true, "if you want to take your ex to the cleaners, hire her." To some this may be a glowing review and she will get business from it," Her interest is not the family. Its where her paycheck comes from.

Miss Robyn has helped me out tremendously! She is currently getting my boys back into my life. I'm going through a messy separation. I've had a previous lawyer who dropped the ball many times. Almost lost my kiddos. Miss Robyn has got it turned around and is getting the truth brought to the surface. I'm so very thankful for what Miss Robyn has done for me.

Says she'll be assertive and then just sits there completely disheveled. We should have fired her after the first month. We paid her to resolve a clear-cut violation of parenting plan (Complete softball) and she blew it! DO NOT ROLL THE DICE ON HIRING HER! You'll be worse off than when you started and thousands of dollars more than you ever expected.

I hired Robyn Weber on Feb. 2020. To anul a simple contract that was printed off the internet. I Fired her in May 2020. I thought at $225/ hr I would get a lot more than I did. After my initial talk with her, ($180). And a $5,000 retainer. I was not able to talk to her again. Her assistant, ($175/hr.). Was the only person I was able to reach for the next 4 months. I was always told she was too busy. Once when I called I was told it would be two weeks before I could talk to her. Her assistant Angela, who is a Paralegal was capable and got back to me. My final bill which was all paperwork, no appearances anywhere, totaled $3300. I do not feel that she was invested in my cause. I also was mailed the same paperwork more than once which was also charged to me. When I wrote an email stating that I no longer wanted her to represent me, I was charged for two additional weeks of work. I have never reviewed anyone before but felt an obligation to let this be known.

Robyn is a source of strength throughout my divorce, establishing my parenting plan and all of the follow-up to come regarding maintaining the parenting plan. Robyn is a strong advocate, she was able to talk reason in highly emotional times and makes sure that my and my child's needs were known, fought for and met. Robyn is focused, caring and ready to know your story. I highly recommend her practice.

The Weber Law Firm, Robin, has a reputation in the Helana and surrounding area of being one of the best attorneys in her profession.
