I settled a bill with Cb1, but they claimed I still owed them for another bill. I clearly explained that I was starting a new job and needed to pay a few more bills before being ready to contact them. They initially agreed, but then, without my knowledge, they, along with the William investigation firm, withdrew money from my bank account around the holiday season.

Williams investigates is not a good company they will take you to court with out notifying you that you have court. They brake the law by stealing your money for medical bills you didn't know you had because you had insurance. Or reach out and talk to you or try to come up with some kind of argument. They just take everything with out leaving enough to support the kids living with you. They dont care about anyone but money!! All for money!!!!!! And kids medical bills that what this company is about. Hope they dont do it to anymore family's GOD bless you!!!

I wake up at 4am to go to work, so I go to bed extremely early every night. I was woken up by a man knocking on my door and setting off my dogs at 9pm (since when is that an acceptable time to do business?) to hand me a court order for a person that wasn’t even me. Beyond annoyed and frustrated that a company that has “investigations” in its name can’t investigate to make sure they have the correct person before disturbing people and handing out orders.
