When I met with Kristina Warren I was a brand new business owner it was wonderful to meet with her and make sure I had all my "ducks in a row". She was professional, efficient and put me at ease immediately. Not only did she ensure that I had formed my LLC properly, she made me aware of things that hadn't occurred to me.

With my business dealings I have had to have some legal advise to make sure all contracts that I was signing were correct in their language and mindful of my business interest. Kristina was able to do that and give me piece of mind that I was not signing a bad contract. She was very professional at her replies and suggestions on amending the contracts. I would definitely use her for any other business contracts that come up.
