Megan was the first lawyer I've ever hired. She is friendly and fair! Megan got my divorce settled very quickly. She made me feel at ease with the whole process. Quickly answered any questions I had. Don't do a self help divorce, Hire Megan! She made it so easy! I would highly recommend Megan!

My case was a very contentious- and was on-going for several years. When I hired Megan last year to take my case she did so by grabbing it by the horns and she never let go. No matter how much communication I needed for understanding what steps needed to take place or how to take them, she was right there and never made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. Her knowledge of Montana law and her application of that law is what made my case! On my birthday of this year, I got the call that we won the case completely! I mean to say that I got everything I had asked for in my filing! I now have full physical and legal custody of my son! Megan is a kind hearted woman who really does care about her clients. But, do not let that kind heart trip you up.. because in the courtroom, she take care of business!! She will go the extra mile to go to bat for you! I highly recommend Megan and I cannot emphasize that enough!

I hired Ms. Timm as my lawyer for an emergency case involving my daughter. I hired her on a Monday and had my daughter safe in my arms by Wednesday. Throughout the case she was extremely responsive to texts, emails, and phone calls. This case was not easy in any sense, emotionally or mentally, but Ms. Timm handled it with expert proficiency. She was approachable and easy to talk to in her office. But in the court room, she was a absolute boss who pulled no punches.
