After my accident I knew I needed help. I was apprehensive to hire someone to represent me. A friend recommended Micheal Bliven. It has been hands down the BEST decision. Michael and his amazing staff carried me through this arduous journey every step of the way. People speak of compassion, kindness, and professionalism. This firm is the epitome of those words. Mr Bliven is not only dedicated, hard working and effective, but also kind and personable. He handled several claims for us to solve the problems and trauma caused by Tom's horrible work related motorcycle wreck. He promptly and diligently worked each case in turn, and obtained excellent results. He was calm, patient and reasssuring as we struggled to manage it all - and the various claims - including workers compensation and disability. We have known him and his kind folks for several years and could not recommend them more highly. We have dealt with other lawyers on other matters and had previously consulted two about this injury - but we were not comfortable or impressed by either. His advice was spot on - and we are glad we followed it. It took time to to get it all resolved - but could not have worked out better in the end. Mr. Bliven far exceeded our expectations not just in the results - but how much work he put into the claims to dot each "i" and and cross each "t" - he did things right - and spent the time and resources to prove our claims, including hiring out of state experts on key issues. The issue he had with a prior attorney in the office (who left) was several years ago - and he took over our case immediately and made sure things were handled properly from then forward - and he worked on our case tirelessly and spent the time with us to address our concerns and answer all our questions. He was professional but also clearly cared about us and it showed. He was there whenever we needed him, and his staff are friendly, accommodating and made us feel at ease right from the door. We know them all by name. We hope no one we know gets seriously injured and need his help - but we know where to send them.

Bliven took our case and strung us along for a year and a half, doing absolutely nothing for us. He set us up with several associates at his office, all of whom ended up leaving. He was completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I would NEVER use him. Can not believe he is licensed. Horrible experience. He gets one star because I had to click something. I give him a total 0!

Michael's staff is great, they really care about people I can't say enough good things about this firm. Their office staff is extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They are efficient and always get back to you in a timely manner. They also answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Mike Bliven is a shark and got me my settlement even though it was a difficult case since the insurance companies were overly difficult.
