We were really impressed by Kelly O’Brien, Marlene, and Jenny. Our entire experience was great. I would recommend using them for any legal advice or consultation.

She seems like a very unhappy, entitled and just a mean person. I sent an email requesting information with a brief description of what I needed assistance with. Yes, there is a form to fill out however, that form asks for personal details and information I was not ready to fill out as I did not have the information I needed. Also being stationed overseas, the forms can be a hassle to complete with poor internet as they keep resetting . Her rude response is as follows : “ The only way I can assess your case is if you provide the information requested. To say I’m not interested in playing games would be an understatement. Complete it or don’t, but please don’t waste my time. Marybeth Sampsel Attorney for Proxy Divorce . “ I don’t think anyone who is considering a divorce lawyer is playing games. That assumption was judgmental and plain unnecessary. She literally rather lose a customer then take time to answer one as a human being or respond cordially. With me, she showed zero tact, empathy, common knowledge of customer service or human interaction.

Mary Beth and measure law have been working with my husband Vince for about the past 3 to 4 years. It was a very difficult custody case that Pennsylvania was failing to act on and the children were here in Montana. She was very diligent, compassionate and caring and aggressive when she needed to be. She stuck with us through every phase of this including when we travel to Montana keeping in contact with us, and ensuring everything was okay staying in touch with us in Pennsylvania and then working with us on the transition when we move to Montana in 2017. It is only through her hard work and effort that Vince was able to see his children after 6 years. She is very fair to both sides involved in the litigation and acts very ethically and here's the best interest of the children at heart. She's a warm loving caring person and an excellent attorney.
