I have worked with Tom for many years. He represents our company in property management disputes. In every case he has been fully prepared, professional with the clients on the other side of the transaction, provided honesty with the case at hand in regards to our odds of prevailing, clarity on tenant landlord laws when they were questioned by us, and although the relationship is a professional business relationship... he is very kind, considerate and relate-able as a person. He is also very clear about his expenses. He provides thorough documentation of all time put into each task on the case, so there is never any confusion or misunderstanding of the expenses. I can't imagine working with anyone else in Missoula, or Montana for that matter, on property management disputes. I refer all private landlords to Tom when they are having tenant issues, and have always heard great things back from the referrals.

Tom has assisted my family with various family issues. Additionally, Tom assists my property management company with tenant/ landlord issues as they arise. Tom is knowledgeable, fair and honest.

Mr Orr was professional and understanding. He was highly recommended by a professional management company. I had the misfortune to have 'Scam Artist Tenants " take me for a ride. Mr Orr had knowledge of their game and we had our day in court.They were found guilty! Sad ,but I ended up testifying for another landlord , whom had hired Mr Orr , was scammed also by the same couple. Again they were found guilty! Tom Orr knows landlord/ tenant law very well. I recommend this office highly.

Tom did a great job for us. It was a very frustrating case, dealing with an unscrupulous lawyer who used delays and games to defend his client. He was to the point and right on top of things in court. I told him if I start a life of crime, I want him on my side.
