Never thought I would ever be facing prison. One false accusation and I was. Life is not always fair and the state of Montana sure the Hell isn't. Briana and her associate went to the mat for me. They came through from beginning to end even with a last minute desperate curve ball lobbed from the other side. Briana burned the midnight oil to thwart their illegal puffery the next morning and we won my freedom. I will always feel a great deal of gratitude for her and Katie. I owe them my peaceful existence after this horrible attempt to ruin my life. Would recommend them both to anyone facing a wall of uncertainty and darkness.

I had go an MIP a couple years ago in MT and had since moved out of state. Briana Kottke's helped me through the whole process of getting it dismissed and provided me with any extra info I needed all through phone or email correspondence. Couldn't of had a better lawyer!

Over the years I have had the necessity to retain attorneys in terms of various issues in my life. Overall I can't say that the experiences would fall under the excellent category. I was referred to Briana through another lawyer in Missoula, met with her and saw an individual who not only engages in lawyering, but seems to have a heart and feel for the practice. Briana represented me in a DUI case. I refused the breathalizer test. Briana had a good rapport with the court and the judge. She gave me prudent advice and was successful in my case. I did not get a DUI. I was extremely pleased with her professional and caring manner in handling this difficult situation. I would not hesitate to seek her counsel for any future legal needs I may have.

Briana was very helpful to me through my entire Judicial Process. I would hire Briana again in a heartbeat, refer her to my friends and had an overall wonderful experience working with her.

The bottom line is that Briana accomplished the goal we set out to accomplish. She was competent, responsive, and friendly. This being my first time hiring a lawyer, I didn't realize that every email would cost me money, and I might have been more efficient in my communications had I realized that. My comments about larger questions and society could have been pruned or deferred to a more appropriate social setting. Nevertheless, the communications were helpful and reassuring to someone unused to navigating the legal system.

I was lucky and hired Briana at the very last moment after searching and searching and fired my yellow pages "Criminal law specialist" As an out of state client myself, accidentally caught in a legal quagmire, you need someone like Brianna to handle the ins and outs of the Missoula justice system. She is not the lowest priced but IS the highest quality! What is your freedom worth?
