Most of my experience has been on corporate structure work with Jeff Heutmaker in the Whitefish office, although I have had some personal work done by Michelle Finch in the Kalispell office (excellent, BTW). Jeff helped me re-structure my business, and has provided both legal and business advice since I started working with him back in 2016. Jeff is a consummate professional, and is always looking around the corner to keep everything clean and straight. My highest recommendation.
