Patrick was going to assist with a home purchase for af for sale by owner by providing contract review and any additional documentation. Before we could use the services he had me pay $500 upfront for the home was sold to another buyer. I asked Patrick for a refund and it was never provided. It is unfortunate he wasn't interested as earning my business by refunding me on a service that wasn't provided.

My mother and I consulted with Patrick recently with plans to assist her in drawing up a living trust and powers of attorney documents. It can be a very difficult topic to discuss for most people but Patrick made my mother feel very comfortable and she was ready to proceed with him right away.
