I consulted with Pat regarding a business issue I was having and his feedback was very helpful. He walked me thru the best case, worst case and most likely case scenarios. Turns out his most likely case scenario of nothing happening was correct. Not only was this reassuring but I appreciate the honest feedback up front. I met with Patrick to go over buying out my current business partner; there are a ton of legal documents to go through and I couldn't have asked for a better overview of my current parternship. Patrick was extremely thorough and explained the process so well there weren't too many questions I had as he was able to answer them all by explaining my rights and how the buy out would work. I had Mr. McNamara draft a lease agreement for me. He knew the landlord/tenant law very well, and did great work in drafting what I wanted. I would use him again for my business law needs.
