This man and his team. If I could post 10 stars I would. A little backstory: I was a father who was served with a protection order against my ex and our children. This man and his team got the PO dismissed and I was awarded full custody of the children. During this time: Nick and his team answered every one of my calls, even during off-hours. If you want an attorney to fight for you, he’s your man. Nick is an absolute bulldog in the court room. I cannot thank him enough and I get to hug my children tonight due to him and his team. Thank you Nick! Thank you Chance! Thank you to everyone!

Great attorneys very knowledgeable and very helpful

This review is strictly of this Attorney. His Assistant David & his receptionist are really good people. If it wasn't for all the work David did, this Attorney would be out of business. He clearly doesn't have the knowledge or skill that David has. I never spoke to David regarding any cost or fee amounts. That was strictly discussed with Nick and I truly feel as though this man stole my money. I paid over $9k the first time, almost $6k the 2nd time. Plus, wasted almost $5k on a P.I. who in the end we didn't even use, after I was told hiring him was important. I knew I had to find different representation after seeing him perform in court. He was completely unprepared for my case & I could clearly tell he really didn't know as much as his Paralegal David did. I've had Public Defenders represent me at trial better than Nick did. He was completely unprepared and you could tell that he truly did not know the details of my case, even though I've been working with his office for over a year. An absolute waste of my money. The worst though is that my daughter is now in an even more abusive situation then before I hired him. He also lied to the Judge & told her that he didn't know of a P.O. I filed until after it was done. Which I have several messages showing he even referred me to a lawyer up here! The worst part is that he knew the abusive situation that my daughter was in & there was so much more that could've been done & never was. He lied to me when I signed a parenting plan & said I wouldn't agree to it unless Drug Tests were a requirement. He said he forgot to put it in the plan, but it would be no problem to add it. He never did & then said he didn't remember when asked. After paying all the money I have, I'm literally in no better of a situation then I was before. However, my daughter is in a much worse situation.

Nick did exactly as he said he’d do. He was available to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate you and everyone else at your firms help. I would without hesitation recommend you to anyone. Thanks again!

Completely useless. If I could give negative stars totally would. Was surprised to hear that perjury and slander are ok so long as you are a government employee. Great legal advice. If you need a lawyer I'd definitely go somewhere else! Sitting at home forty minutes after review I get a call at home from glasz says to take down my review. I declined. He threatened to sue! How unfair indeed!
