Could not be happier with Berry Law Firm. I kept getting denied claims or receiving percentages I felt weren’t right, and decided to use a law firm to help. The first couple of ones I tried wanted nothing to do with the cases and wouldn’t even listen to me about my disabilities as they weren’t interested in those types of cases. Berry Law firm accepted immediately, Taylor Wikum and Rosario were very communicative throughout the journey and prepared everything needed to help get me from 80% to 100% disability. Definitely worth it to use Berry Law and get the benefits you deserve without all the hassle.

Attorney was always available if they were not the secretary was available. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would choose them.again if I had any issues. They are very patient and understanding of my frustration with my process and the VA. I would recommend them to you especially if you are a Veteran.

Stellar law firm. I filed claims on my own in the past but I was always left wondering if I was doing and saying the right thing. Berry Law Firm was always available the same day to answer my questions, review my buddy statements and overall help me feel confident that I was accurately describing my conditions and injuries from Airborne school and military service. Taylor Wikum and his assistant Rosario were amazing. I had tried to work with the VA on my own but it was difficult. When I contacted Berry Law Firm they were respectful and listened to my case. They worked with me and walked me through the process when we started. I have been working with them for several years on my disability. We spoke only when needed which was great for my busy schedule. 10/10 recommended.

Absolutely love these guys. I got out in and filed my claim back in October 2021, tried using the VSO only to be met with pushback, headaches, and the run around from the VA to get a measly 20% which took about 8 months. A fellow VET recommended me this law firm to represent me and they said they'd handle the rest and to just sit back and relax. They are true to their word as I honestly didn't have to do anything other than read their updates on my case. Today I got the news that my 20% rating is now 80% but they are still fighting for me as not everything has been approved yet. But I fully trust this firm and highly recommend them to any and all VETS since the VA is going to try everything to deny you but this firm will fight for you.

Berry Law Firm has been great to work with. The process was simple, and relatively direct. I have next to zero interactions with any other law firms so I may be off beat on this. But while communicating is easy, there was less than I would have hoped for in regards to status updates on my case. This may be a normal thing though, kind of like, no news is good news. In the end though, they delivered, and are still on it. I appreciate what they have done for me, and I rest assured that if they take your case, they will exhaust their resources getting it pushed through.
