45 minutes on the phone just to find out from the staff that they are not qualified to take Police Neglect Civil Lawsuits. Just on having my case reviewed I would give them only one star and am glad that they aren't qualified for my civil suit. I don't know how much of that I could deal with. haha.

Brent is a very hard working attorney. It’s hard get a hold of him at times but when he responds back he will get down to business and tell you what to do next. Of course if you have issues with the case you will have to pay him more for his time to do his digging. Praying and hoping the rest of the process will finish this year. Thanks Brent :-)

Called them to see if they would be interested in talking a case. They stated that they were not interested in taking the case then called me back wanting to discuss my case. I told them that they had already declined and that I was already in contact with another attorney. They then called me the following day and sent a text message. So I decided to call them back. At which point I was transfered twice and hung up on twice. You guys are the ones who keep contacting me if you don't want to talk to me don't call.

Took my case, after I completed a review on service, the company respectfully declined the case...The words was I would get More MONEY without an attorney involved. NEGATIVE...CAN'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON TV, THEY ARE JUST ADS!!

Brent Walzen is the worst attorney I have ever worked with. He is so unprofessional and disrespectful that he actually hung up on us before. He is an amateur lawyer DO NOT HIRE HIM TRUST ME! He also told us that if we keep asking too many questions he will terminate the case, so we ended up firing him. TRUST ME do not waste your time. Find a lawyer with a lot of good reviews, not a lawyer that is reviewed by 15 people. VERY POOR QUALITY AND UNPROFFESIONAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wish someone gave me the same advice. Hope you find the right respectful lawyer for you. Very disappointing, worst experience ever!!!
