Highly experienced and very sharp. Knows not only the technical side of things but also important fine details of the process that in my experience most other attorneys overlook. My case was a difficult one with multiple adversarial parties and the outcome was better than I had ever imagined.

Very helpful and good advice

Mr. Chipman was our attorney. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with, highly efficient and helpful. I highly recommend.

Mr. Chipman successfully helped me through a very difficult, to put it lightly, divorce including an unfortunate custody situation. He is a consummate professional that always responds to texts/calls/emails in a prompt manner. His impressive legal knowledge coupled with his diligent efforts to represent my interests is impressive as shown in the results that were achieved. I also think the billing rates are reasonable for the excellent service provided, of which I highly recommend.

Horrible! They're bad about returning phone calls. You can never get in contact with your attorney. Attorney sets up conference meetings and never show up. All the money you pay them, you might as way deal with a public defender the way they treat you.

A family member of mine used this law firm for years before his case went to trial. Carlos seemed promising at first but quickly took a turn for the worse the closer we got to a trial. Carlos verbally abused me in his office two days before I was set to testify in trial trying to get a plea deal out of my loved one instead of going to trial. At the trial, he completely threw the case, didn’t use one form of submitted evidence and has since refused to give the evidence back and has cut all contact. This law firm is EXTREMELY unprofessional and poorly ran. It’s embarrassing. Carlos should not be hired, he is an absolute waste of time and money. Be warned.

Carlos Monzon-Late to court. Pleaded me as guilty without even discussing it. I had to tell the judge that I was unaware of this decision. Spent all my $ on him, doesn’t even know my case, & it’s been 4 months. Trust me, do not hire him. His associates may be decent- but he’s absolutely atrocious. He will make you think he cares and knows what he’s doing….but the second you pay him, he goes MIA. Just look at all of the reviews on here that mention him. My judge recommended I have a conversation with him… but ironically, that’s nearly impossible to do 🙃 no matter how many times I’ve tried. So he stole my $ & tried to steal my freedom as well. Along with yelling at me and telling me to enjoy my sanction… he has also absolutely embarrassed me in court on multiple occasions. Honestly, a free attorney would do a better job.

Raúl and his team were very diligent, professional and responsive. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were always prompt in their response and thorough. It was not supposed to be a very positive turnout. His expertise and knowledge even made the judge sit up and take notice and say “you have a very good lawyer.” By far he is the best lawyer and I would totally recommend him to anyone.
