Jim Titus has been such a resource for us this year. He helped us navigate through my mother-in-law's estate...even through the Pandemic. He also helped my mother and father who are in their 80s update their Will and Power of Attorney. Now we are meeting with Jim to update our Will and Power of Attorney. He explains things well and make sure we understand. His advice helped us take each step needed and accurately. I would highly recommend Jim and Morris & Titus Law.

My mother passed away at the end of February 2020, and we live out of state, so we needed to find an attorney quickly, while we were in town/Lincoln for the funeral, to guide us through the county's probate process. When I called Jim, he spoke openly, honest, polite, & was well informed. He was extremely easy to talk to, and after speaking to him, I could tell he was the right attorney for us. Plus, the estate was small, so to keep costs down, we wanted an attorney willing to do the legal filing & provide legal guidance, while we did all the phone calls & notifications. I had to find somebody to finish both my mother and father's estates. It was very easy with Mr Titus. They are friendly and did a great job in a timely manner. I also felt it was very reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.
