Either Nebraska needs to update their divorce statutes to be more equitable - 50/50, especially after 30+ years of marriage or I feel Mr. Anderson did not represent me well. I contracted Mr. Anderson for a divorce & wondered if he read anything I submitted until I got his bill. I was charged for him to ?read? them whether or not he responded. When I met my ex- husband he was living in his mother's basement & 4 years older than me. I scrubbed floors even pregnant to put him through college - he not only couldn't work while in college, he couldn't even complete his national guard contact. I paid almost $3k to the government so he can proudly display his honorable discharge next to his office scuba diving picture; an abusive alcoholic; yes, I supplied pictures; I worked up to 3 jobs at a time to feed and diaper our family so he had his drinking $; he made 10x what I made in salary and 2x my annual salary in perks/benefits; he came in why I was at work and cleaned out our house inc. my father's WWII items & 2 guns registered to me. I was left with holiday decorations, all family photos, & a mess; had my mail forwarded to his new address & then forged my name on about $8k of checks; hacked into my financial info; tracked me &? still does; moved all his $s about 12x & then supplied what he wanted to which showed no deposits after papers were filed and certain transactions were blackened out; lied in court. Mr. Anderson told me 1 of the following *talk to the police *higher a forensic investigator *and how did that hurt you in court *or, no response. Mr. Anderson did not call any witnesses and did not tell me my perception of my psychologist testifying was inaccurate, did not have me defend myself after my ex- husband testified and lied on stand the second time, allowed inadmissible evidence to be submitted, did not let me to review what was submitted to the judge even though I verbally and in writing requested it. I get 12% of just my ex-husband's salary, 1/3 of one of his retirements, and 1 of his life insurance policies. No, I did not get my dad's items or my guns back. I will probably be disabled due to evidence- based medical issues & have to file bankruptcy.
