I really like the way Crista helped me, but I have to be honest, I am a firm believer that some professionals are extremely overpaid, I do thank her for her time, but someday we all have to be honest with ourselves.....!!!

I feel she did everything in her power to get everything we were asking for. I had a workmens comp claim that was going nowhere, so I decided to contact an attorney. I called Atwood Law Office and was connected to Ellen Deaver and her staff. We discussed my case and she agreed to take it on. It took a while to work through the case but Ellen and her staff always kept me in the loop and did everything they could to finely settle my case. After having been injured on the job and hearing about the difficulties in taking on workers compensation without a really good experienced lawyer, I started my search for the best lawyer I could find and finding out most lawyers charged the same, I researched top lawyers in the nation and the name Ellen Deaver came up with being number 5 in the nation for success at winning work comp cases, keeping her name in mind I researched more lawyers and the more I searched I found her name kept coming up, and to my surprise she was here in Nebraska only 1 hour from me, so I called her and she was available to discuss my case and we set up an appointment time for me to go to her office so Ellen could get more details about my injuries and my situation, not being able to work, a short time after our first meeting she had gotten me weekly pay from work comp, and then Ellen really went to work on my case getting all my medical records and with her on my side I was able to receive the medical treatment I needed and over time we were able to find out the extent of my injuries and since some were going to be permanent she started to build a case for a settlement, not only did she get me a cash amount but work comp is paying my medical bills for any future treatments needed for the injuries I had received. Throughout the whole process Ellen and her team kept me updated on their progress through emails, letters and phone calls. I never expected that I would ever be injured at work and never expected that I would find such a kind, caring and hard working lawyer to represent me.
