Jessica K assisted in every step of this journey. I appreciated and admired the time management that was explained to me and practiced in terms of returning emails. This practice actually made me more comfortable in emailing questions and information I so that I knew it would not be a nuisance to her by looking at every communication and breaking up the day with constant responses. Yet there were select times that she did see fit to quick responses, and at times, even a phone call. Jessica had me at ease through the entire process because of constant communication and explanations.
