Sadly, my 85 year-old father had retained this attorney last year for his divorce case. In that my brother and I had become his guardians, we fell under that same client umbrella, and ended up working with him on the premise that our dad was "already pretty far down the road" with his choice. My advice is this: pay very close attention to the negative reviews you see. Not the fake SEO generated "high marks with no comments" and people that may or may not have the same last name as him. Look beyond Google. Facebook. Yelp. BBB. I can promise you this: the only thing delivered in a timely, thorough, and conscientious manner from his office will be invoices posted to your account. The lack of attention to detail, lack of follow-through, and excuses that flowed from same was, in a word, startling. In my work life, having helped run giant global and domestic businesses, and as CEO, i've had occasion to work with more than a number of attorneys. I've also had the experience of working with divorce attorney. As with any category of performance, attorneys run the gamut from great to awful and everywhere in between. This experience was easily the worst. Don’t walk away. Run.

I have used David Reed multiple times for custody related issues that have come up and he has always done his job well. He spent the time with me that I needed and made me feel confident in going to trial. I have recommended him to others and will continue.

Mr Reed handled a case for me from Nebraska all by phone since I live out of state. He review the case, made the best recommendation and even set a hearing to clear things up before proceeding to trial. Because of this he saved me time, money, and heartbreak since the case would have been rejected and turned back anyway.
