Being from Colorado, I had no idea who to contact regarding a serious matter in Nebraska. Thank goodness I reached out to Olsen Law Offices. Mr. Olsen personally answered the call and spoke to me for over 15 minutes, putting my mind at ease. Mr. Olsen delivered results even better than I could have imagined. He was always available to talk to me and answered every question that I had. I cannot imagine a better lawyer or law firm and highly recommend them!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Absolutely stay away!!! This office will charge you a ridiculously large retainer upfront PLUS $250+ fee every month regardless if anything gets done, and drag the case along as slow as possible!! Save yourself the money and go to mediation, legal aid, there are many reputable attorneys in the area that are more than willing to help.

Mr Miltenberger has been approachable, available and straight forward in all of our interactions from consult through to conclusion. The outcome was best case scenario and I dont know that that would have been the case with alternate representation. If you're looking for a DUI Attorney (especially felony DUI) call Cody immediately, as we were able to drop charges to a misdemeanor saving my professional licenses. I am greatful and would absolutely recommend!!
