If you're reading this, you're obviously in a tight spot and need the absolute best available. Stop looking, Tom Olsen NEEDS to be your representation. Mr. Olsen came highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Some wrong choices and bad decisions landed me in a felony situation with little relief in sight. Through his tireless work, and seemingly endless relationships, he was able to get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor. He was also able to get me the minimums regarding fines, probation, even house arrest. What I did was irresponsible and I didn't expect to go unpunished, but Tom Olsen was able to make the absolute best of a, potentially, life altering situation for me. His staff is always courteous and professional. Every aspect of my case was handled with the utmost professionalism and speed. Matt was my attorney in a very long drawn out custody battle, that occurred over years. To the best of my recollection this involved somewhere around 14 court appearances, Words cannot describe the gratitude that I have for Matt. He was always prepared, always had an answer. Respectful of the Judges and opposing counsel. Let me tell you about what happened one such court appearance. Let's be honest during a divorce you will often find yourself in court for something that would normally be trivial event. On one such occasion, my absent mindedness resulted in me failing to appear, I think all of us realize how disastrous this can be. Matt was of course already there, and was able to smooth things over with the judge as well as opposing counsel. At the same time he also managed to summon his office staff to find me, and get me to the court. Court was over by the time I arrived. Mr. Olsen is a great lawyer. He really knows the law and has a very realistic and effective approach to making sure the legal outcome is as beneficial to his client as possible. He knows everyone in the court. He is extremely confident and has amazing follow through. The communication throughout the process was stellar and I always knew what was going on and what to expect.
