My husband and I have worked with Kasaby & Nicholls over the past three years. In the beginning I had contacted several lawyers, none of which said that they could help. We were told the case was hopeless. I even had one prominant lawyer tell me it would cost $20,000 and he could not win the case, and then he hung up on me. From the moment I talked to Kasaby he was honest and upfront about the cost, the length of time, and what I needed to provide to help win the case. As we live four hours from Omaha we were discouraged several times, but Bassel El Kasaby and Paul Forney always reassured us that things were working out in the best interest for us. In the end, we our very happy with the out come. I would recommend Kasaby & Nicholls and have done so many times and will continue to do so. I find the prices to be fair and comparable to other firms, but them being upfront and honest about what needs to happen made the case go a lot smoother.

They have handled several issues on our behalf, including working with us when we lived out of state but had a case in NE. Paul Forney, the attorney at the firm who handled our most recent situation, was outstanding! Prompt, responsive in communications, forceful but professional, extremely competent - and he was able to push a resolution that avoided a lengthy, expensive court process. Truly worked in our best interests. An outstanding firm.
