First time as a defendant in criminal court? ☞Ditto. With no clue what to look for while lawyer shopping, I hopped on Google & typed "best criminal defense attorneys in Nebraska". I am (my dad is) now down $10,000 + 6 months of my life/case still at the same spot, after subsequently hiring 2 of the "best" lawyers. I was fooled by "zealous advocacy" promises, in reality it was them going through the motions (no pun intended). I know lawyers are busy, even bare minimum communication would have sufficed. THEN I STUMBLED UPON TIM ANDERSON. I learned quickly that "experienced" does not equal the "best". Tim is a new attorney (also a new daddy). At this point, I just wanted someone to listen to my story & help me navigate my future against one of the many State County/District courts with a full & dehumanizing schedule. Tim is new to my case, but he has listened to me, to which direction I want to proceed. He doesn't sugarcoat things, he is transparent looking forward. But he also is willing to look into trying different ideas I bring up- instead of claiming to know it all. He doesn't go through the motions, he puts in the work. He communicates professionally, keeps me updated in times of uncertainty. Most importantly, Tim has been my voice when I've had none. No voice is the most isolating part, while your immediate future is on pause & the long term collateral consequences after conviction (things in life you'll never be able to do/have) rarely are recognized by the court. Tim gives extraordinary care towards convincing the court that I am a human: a daughter, a sister, a healthcare worker, an aunt, a friend, who contributes to society. This makes all the difference when I'm just another "criminal". Lower courts easily and often forget that the Protection of Fundamental Rights are NOT Discretionary. I'd recommend Tim Anderson. I will provide another review at the conclusion of my case. P.S. if in need of a family court lawyer, David Chipman also has what Tim has in terms of extraordinary care.....advocacy/knowledge/professional skills/willingness to make a difference, to help a life.

My case was dismissed pretty early on but the contact we did have he was very respectful and timely with responses and helpful with the questions I did have.

My first attorney was from a different firm and was unable to help me and could not even return my calls that's when I hired Marcus Sladek from Dornan Law. He went over everything with me personally at his office. He was able to get all my charges dropped besides one misdemeanor but more importantly he kept me out of jail which the previous lawyer assured me there was no way of avoiding. I have nothing but goods things to say about Marcus as he kept in contact with me throughout the entire case and he did an outstanding job representing me. I can't thank him enough for doing such an excellent job when all odds were against me he was at my side and the outcome was better than I had expected.

Called this office with civil legal needs. First call: Assistant transferred me to someone that hung up immediately. Second call: No answer, voicemail. Third call: No answer voicemail. Currently, they have not called me back. To with as you may. Cheers!

She was quick with her responses to my emails and was especially helpful when I provided her documents/proof for my case. She sorted through each document and put them in a chronological order making my case in court go as smooth as possible.
