I started working with Kristin Fearnow in 2011 when I had a very difficult, complicated and unique case that no lawyer wanted to represent . She took my case and worked so hard with me in it every step of the way. I even moved to another state and she kept in touch with me and kept communication with me. I have recently become a citizen and I am sure that it would not have happened without her help. She got me here and I am forever grateful for her.

I came to this firm by recommendation. I had a custody issue with my son. I reached out to Anne with my concerns and she gave me answers I wanted to hear, so I signed with her. After doing so, I requested an ex parte order granting me temporary custody. After dragging feet for days the other party filed and won temporary custody. Moving forward to our first day of court, both my and her lawyers talk and pitch us a suggestion. Me not having really any choice whatsoever, have to pay child support at 600+ dollars for joint custody! Keep in mind I had witnesses for the other parties drug use. I contacted Anne after and said, I didn't feel comfortable with the outcome and I was threatened to find new representation! Disgusted, I spent a while trying to find a new lawyer. When I came across Eric things changed and changed quick. Once I found new representation everything changed for the better. The other party did in fact use drugs and I won full custody. All Anne did for me is leave me with a hefty bill. I got nickel and dimed for every little detail. I now have a logical lawyer who gets things done. I also don't get nickel and dimed. He's been my attorney now for almost a year and still haven't consumed the retainer. Worst stressful experience I have ever been through!

I was told me and my husbands paperwork would be filed still hasnt been fiIed. I was told all of our documents were up to date and ready to go... they were not they were all expired. New documents haven’t been sent to us and there never available until the office and everytime I called in to speak to my lawyer that I’m paying a lot of money for. She doesnt seem to have the time to talk to me nor want to talk to me. Her paralegal has messed up our paperwork several times... I’m not a satisfied client. I won’t be going with them for the 3 year visa.

Jason Troia handled a very difficult time for me with complete care and professionalism. He presented all aspects of my case to me and led me down a path that worked out with a complete dismissal of all charges.
