I just recently started this process and honestly regretting the decision to do so. I was already stressed out with personal issues going on and thinking this was going to solve it and help make me sleep at night but it’s done the opposite. At first I was expected to fill out a bunch of stuff online that took forever and was expected to do it alone as if I’ve done this before which was not worth the headache. Secondly, I did hear from her a lot in the beginning but as of these last couple days the only time I hear from her is if I reach out to get updates! I’m so new to this process and feel as if I’m being left in the dark on what’s going on and what’s next. Me stressing out about this isn’t worth it and wish the communication was there..I just haven’t to send emails for updates and wait forever for a response back. I paid for this and should get the service I deserve instead of me making all this effort. And btw you never talk to the lawyer who is “helping” you..it’s a case worker🤦‍♀️

The Law office is very accomedating. Sadly, it took me almost an entire year to get all the paper work together (mainly as i lost contact with pretty much EVERYONE), so trying to track down all the information was a nightmare, and they were thankfully VERY patient. And as for the one who represented me in th actual hearing, he was very helpful and thorough, having walked me through what the process would be, step by step. Thank you very much for all your help, especially with such a cheap cost, and your patience.
