I just started my process and can not give an outcome yet. But what I can say is that, As soon as I finished with the online chat, I immediately got a call from John. Not only was he courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful, but also very understanding of the suffering I have been through the last 20 years. And I didnt even tell him the half of it...
