I am another Veteran who served our country and when I applied for disability, the Veteran Benefits Administration denied my claim/s I reached out to Berry Law firm, and Attorney Montana Crow paitently and tirelessly persuied both current claims and past denials. He successfully litigated and brought to light the issues. I was granted increases in disability ratings and former denials were granted. For years I was afraid of expensive attorney fees, and so lived with my disabilities, not knowing they (Berry Law firm) worked with disadvantaged veterans in this area. Thank you Attorney Crow,

Our case was completed misrepresnted by the lawyer at Berry Law. We had an initial offer from insurance on a car accident injury claim. The attorney at Berry Law advised he would seek double that offer and only charge their comission on the portion above the initial offer. All of this is clearly in emails. Once my wife's treatment was finalized and Berry law compiled everything, he advised we start the floor, $12,000 lower than the insurance company's initial offer and that Berry Law would still be taking their cut. His poor advice and mistepresentation likely just cost us a minimum of $17000. This is just complete incompetence. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.

Very professional
