I am so grateful that Allison Schwach was as kind and helpful as she was throughout the whole process! I would definitely say having her to represent me was an amazing idea as she was not only helpful and knowledgeable about the work she was doing and the situation at hand but she was always making sure that myself as her client was staying up to date with any and all information collected. Overall an amazing experience. I hope I won't need her assistance again but if I ever do she'll be the one I call.

Tracey was very helpful assisting me start the VA appeal process.

I began this journey in about February 2020. In April of 2021 I was assigned a new lawyer, Montana Crow. Although, it has been a harder, more challenging, process, with this VA Claim than I expected. When Montana Crow began representing me, the stress was removed. Montana made sure I understood it was not going to be easy, her explanations, educating me on this process, and her extraordinary knowledge of the details and procedures and persistence, not giving up on me.
