Excellent customer service starting off! I am only in the beginning stages of the process so once the out come is determined I will revisit and update. I submitted a request for review and immediately received an email and a phone call. I talked with Heather Smith and she was so helpful. She thoroughly explained the process and made sure that I understood how things would work. The intake process was very quick. Now it is in their hands for gathering evidence. Based on initial impressions, I have already recommended another veteran to use this firm. Once decisions are final I will update on the rest of process. It’s nice to know that there are places that actually want to help Veterans with the VA process and not just take all of your money.
