I hired Mallory to help a family member. She was on top of the situation immediately and had the issue resolved to our satisfaction in no time. She responded immediately to all emails and calls. I have worked with Mallory Hughes on Juvenile and Criminal matters in the past and have referred clients to her for serious felonies. Navigating the VA is not a task for everyone. We were lucky enough to get my husband to 10% on our own but the VA denied him on several other claims. My experience with the Veterans Administrtion over the years has been frustrating to say the least. In my case with the number of health issues I am experiencing there is no way I could navigate the volume of paper it would have taken to get my claims in and process.
