I retired from the military in 2008. I started filing claims for injuries I suffered while in the military. I filed on my own accord with no assistance from outside sources and was denied over and over. A Marine buddy referred me to Berry Law Firm after I told him of my situation. I was getting very frustrated with the VA appeal process. I had the some of the same claims for which others were getting compensation and I was not. I contacted Berry Law on-line and with 3 days I was contacted and told they would help me with my claims focusing on law not opinions. I would like to say thank you to Lorraine Christal, the lawyer who was responsible for my case. She or her staff would return calls if I had questions, and as a prior medic myself, I did need their assist more than I realized.

After about a 7month process of appeals and doctor visits, with guidance from Seth Chambers, I was finally able to close on this chapter in my life with the rating I deserved. Numerous surgeries and a few denials had me feeling hopeless. Not even for a second did Seth have me feeling discouraged cause he continued to fight for me. I just had to do what he told me to do.
