I'd been fighting the VA for 4 years , and was getting buried in paperwork and legal technicalities. The Berry law firm , with the help of Ms Hancock took care of everything. They held my hand and kept me informed every step of the way. Prior to retaining them one of the so called VA assistance people told me it was a waste of money to get a lawyer. I kept getting denial letters and all I got was thats the way the VA is. Berry Law Firm turned that around, and got things done.

I have to say if you have being dealing with to the VA to get your claim approved as I have for over 10 years. I would encourage you to call Berry Law Firm who will take your case very serious to insure you were not wrongly denied and then apply the law to correct your claim. So, stop trying to work the policies and laws with the VA and give Berry Law Firm a call to handle what you could not do. It's a slow process but the work of Berry Law Firm with not disappoint you.

Currently my team consist of Lawyer Stephanie Costello, and Legal Aide, Jennifer Garrison. I can’t tell you how thrilled and excited I was to receive a call from Ms Costell. First she introduced herself, and explained that she would be replacing Cameron. We talked about my case and the best way to proceed forward. Next she introduced Ms Garrison as the new Legal Aide and that I was to expect a call from her Which I did. They were both cordial and concerned, which made me feel that they cared. I’ve since had many correspondence from Jennifer and am most pleased with her handling of situations in a timely manner. My hat is off to them and to Berry Law Firm for choosing them to represent me.
