Lawyer Anita Paralegal Mitchell and team did a outstanding job representing my family in our adoption processs.She was very straight forward and to the point.She made sure we were on the same page at all times.Thanks to her and her team I have a united family that is recognized not only by our love for one another but legally.I would definitely recommend going through her for any adoption situations.I wish nothing but the best for her and her team.

Anita and her team was a breath of fresh air. Upon first talking with her, she listened to my issues, expressed her concerns and thoughts about my case and talked with me "not to me" about what she thinks we could do. I have been through multiple lawyers and lots of litigation, and she by far has been the best. Fortunately, we did not have to go to trial, and I believe that was due to her approach with the other counsel.

Nick was very helpful and kind and considerate, Anita not so much. Barely did anything on my case and charged me excessively for calls she made to me while I was sleeping. Did very little to help my case and sat around charging me more money for doing absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars but that isn’t a possibility.

Anita and Nick were very communicative! I had no issues ever getting a question answered in a timely manner. Anita is very knowledgeable and gave all the perfect advise for a smooth child custody amendment. Thank you both for all your help in making this happen for our family. Our kids are overjoyed with the security and stability they have within our household.

What a wonderful experience. Anita made this feel like a safe and comfortable experience for me. She was available to answers questions. I found Anita to be very knowledgeable and professional. She was timely in responses, and efficient in her processes. I found her staff Nick and Katie to be top notch. We were able to complete most of process via Zoom. She has a warm and wonderful new office space. Convenient location in Mid-town. I like someone who is direct, but yet factual and can provide examples and has a large knowledge base, Anita was that person for me.

I had a very difficult case that Anita worked with me through. My case was a removal case from Nebraska to Idaho in which I was seeking full custody of my 14 year old daughter. Anita and Kathleen were all over this with the courts and my case went uncommonly quick. From when we originally filed I received full custody in about 6 weeks and was able to bring my daughter to live with me. I know this is all due to her staying on top of the case, filing what needed to be filed without hesitation. She and the team were extremely responsive and they are very passionate about what they do and about getting results for their clients. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone needing legal help when it comes to family law. I am an extremely pleased client!!

Anita and Katie are so responsive and caring! We worked with them for over a year on a lengthy visitation case. They exceeded every expectation and the case went exactly the way we hoped!
