I was involved in a car accident while traveling to see my son who was stationed at Fort Knox and Craig Kelley worked my case and settled it for several thousand more than I had anticipated or hoped for. There was an adjuster who wasn't the easiest person to work with and Craig went over her head and did what needed to be done to help his client get the reimbursement she deserved. Craig truly believes in making sure his clients are healed before going after any type of reimbursement. He could easily push people through fast and make a profit but he takes his time because his first priority is their health and he knows that can time. I recommend Craig Kelley and John Inserra fully if you have been injured in an accident.

After being rear ended I went to my doctor due to neck and back pain. I was very fortunate to find Mr. Kelley. He is very professional, patient, and knowledgable. He returned all of my calls timely. Craig was excellent! I was involved in an auto accident. I was pregnant at the time, causing my case to last over a year. Craig and his staff kept up great communication during that time with doctor appointments, medical bills, and the insurance companies. Another thing I liked about Craig, was when it was time to set up a meeting, they worked great with my schedule. I would highly recommend Craig to my friends and family!

I also had my own coverage for uninsured and under insured motorists. Mr. Kelly was able to maximize the amount I received from the under insured coverage from my own insurance company. My own insurance company only wanted to pay less than half of what Mr. Kelly and his firm were able to negotiate for me. It was a life saver for my family and I and we would have been lost without Mr. Kelly and his staff. Mr. Kelly and his firm are tops in our book and if we ever have need again we will not hesitate to call them. We have also recommended them to other friends who have had need.

Craig was very open and gave me his honest opinion of my situation. He gave me his honest input and feedback on discisions but let me make the final determination. Kept me up to date on the progress and communications. Craig also used a local attorney from our small town that i know and trust for some of the local court filings, etc. Once my case was settled Craig helped me find financial and other individuals to help me with the next phase.

I Recommend Mr Kelley all the time. Very pleasant. Makes you feel very comfortable. He emails and calls me personally which I really respect. Very happy that he was referred to me. Staff is great. Very professional and keep you informed.

I didn't think I would need to hire a lawyer after I was in a major accident. I hired Craig about 6 months after the accident when I found out that I needed spinal surgery.
