I worked with Britt Dudzinski who handled my divorce case, she was excellent to work with. Timely, professional, knowledgable, kind, and efficient. I have referred several others to her because of my experience. Highly recommend.

Working with Britt Dudzinski made estate planning easy. We knew we really needed a will when our son was born but kept putting the process off due to the time it would take and the cost. All I can say is that I really wish that I would have talked to Britt sooner because she made the process so easy and we threw in a few curve balls. It is such a relief to check off a big item shortly after our son's 3rd birthday. (picture of us signing our estate documents - so grateful we finally did it)

I recently have had the pleasure of working with Britt Dudzinski and it was a wonderful experience. From the time I reached out to her nearly a year ago, she has been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. She responds to all emails or phone calls within 24 hours and was always honest and straight forward with me. She is well organized, professional, educated and knowledgeable. She ultimately helped win our case. If ever needed, I would gladly work with Britt again! Highly recommeded!

I hired Don Lustgarten as my lawyer for my child custody case. I am devastated. I lost rights to my son and he told me there was nothing he can do. I have to pay my son's father child support and my son's father got awarded school district, so when my son is old enough to go to school, I will MAYBE only get him on the weekends. Not only that but I spent every last dollar I had on my lawyer and then ended up still owing him $4500 in which he sued me for. I begged and begged and begged for him to work with me on some sort of payment but because I didn't get him his money he gladly stomped on me. When we went to court he'd refer to my SON as a "she" and looking back, I see that HE WAS NEVER ON MY SIDE. So now I'm making $15/hour working my butt off and paying child support AND getting my paycheck garnished because of my outstanding bill for my lawyer. With that said, I am not bringing in enough money to provide for my family or pay the minimal bills that I need to pay in order to get by. This lawyer messed me up. I lost my kiddo, my rights, and ALL of my money. I'm filing for bankruptcy soon because of the whole situation. Don't let him do the same thing to you. Look somewhere else.

I was referred to Britt Dudzinski because I needed a family attorney to get custody of my son. She was every bit of awesome! She kept the best interest of my son front and center. She returned all calls and kept me in the loop. Best of all she was able to get everything we asked the judge for. I highly recommend using Britt if your in need of any of the law she practices.

I went to Lestgarten & Roberts to see if they could help me get my Alimony reduced from what my other attorney did. Justin Roberts took my case and after a year was able to get my alimony reduced by $500.00 a month. which saved me quite a bit of Money. I would Highly recommend Justin Roberts for divorce but use him the first time. I wish I did.
